A Cancellation Policy is in place, a 48 hours notice must be given to Cancel all Treatments under that time, otherwise the Full Cost of Treatment will need to be paid .

Skin Test and Compatibility Test
All guests will require a skin test at least 48 hours before a chemical colour process. On first returning to the salon all Guests will require compatibility tests at least 48 hours before treatments.
Guests may be required to carry out a mineral build up treatment which will be supplied to the Guest and will be costed into the Treatment .
No appointments will be carried out without the above being in place .
