Prices Exclude travel costs, which are 70p per mile anywhere over a 5mile radius from Pontefract West Yorkshire.

additional costs may be added for hotels for destination Weddings.

On Booking a £100.00 non refundable Booking Fee is required to secure your wedding date. A separate Fee for a trial booking fee is required this is also non refundable.

 The full Balance for the wedding day including styling on location fees and petrol is required  28 days before the wedding. Payment in full including styling on location fees and petrol costs are required if the booking is cancelled after 3 months before the wedding date. A separate Fee for a trial booking fee is required and the trial will be required to be paid in full on the trial day.

I reserve the rights to bring in a alternative wedding make up artist and hairdresser of the same standard to full fill the wedding day booking if I am unwell and unable to attend due to circumstances beyond my control.

Bespoke wedding colour packages & cut and Finish Packages tailored to suit your needs can be created , I advice booking as soon as possible.

Day Before wedding day Hair preparation party including wash and dry £25.00 per person.

All prices are from and may incur additional costs, these will be discussed and invoiced prior to the wedding.

TRAVEL EXPENSES

UK Travel expenses are charged at 70p per mile return plus any toll and car park charges incurred. You will be expected to cover all costs for hotel accommodation where it is not practical to travel on the day of your wedding e.g. More than 2 hours travel time or, if severe weather conditions have been forecast.

 

BOOKING FEE, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

A non-refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure your booking, and also covers the cost of all administration. 

The booking fee is deducted from the final balance and is not part payment for a trial. Trial booking fee must be paid when booking a trial. The rest of the trial fee must be paid on the day of the trial.

 

Final balance of the wedding day including styling on location and petrol costs must be paid 4 weeks before the wedding. Should no payment be received then I have the right to cancel all services for your wedding date and all fees will still be payable.

 

The latest date to cancel the wedding day booking is no later than 3 months before the wedding day under this time payment will be required in full. At Time of booking the wedding, confirmation of numbers is required after this date if the numbers change and less treatments are required you will still be charged for original booking as other make up artists and hairdressers may have been engaged and this effect their contract and my contract with you, so please be sure to ensure your numbers are correct.

TRIALS

All trials are held at my salon unless otherwise organised traveling costs and time are applied. Trials are recommended for the bride and at your discretion for others in your bridal party. Saturday trials may be booked if available, but please note I am usually busy with weddings on Saturdays and its very rare there are Saturdays free for trials. I recommend trials no earlier than 6 months before the wedding. Please be prepared for trials through the week Tuesday to Friday and ensure you are able to accommodate this.

 

Prior notice must be given if you wish to cancel or reschedule your trial date. Less than one week's notice will incur a charge of the full trial cost. I reserve the right to cancel the booking if a wedding booking is required for that date, an alternative date will be booked in it's place.

 In the unlikely event that you, or any of your bridal party, decide after your trial that you are not satisfied with my service, you are asked to contact me within 3 days after the trial, so that we can resolve the matter. Refunds, retrials, or cancellations without charges are solely at my discretion.

CANCELLATIONS

Three months’ notice is required if you cancel your wedding booking. After such time the full amount will still be payable by the specified date. Should no payment be received legal action will proceed to recover losses.

 

In the event of your wedding being cancelled by yourselves or any other party then all monies paid thus far will not be refunded. Couples will need to claim all monies through their wedding insurance though, in the event that your wedding is postponed to another date, availability permitting I will honour the date and transfer all payments made.to that date 

 

COVID-19

In the event of your wedding not being allowed due to COVID-19, and your wedding postponed to another date, then all monies paid thus far will be transferred to the new date. If I am unable to honour the amended date then all monies will be refunded except for the hair trial, if already taken place

In the event that you postpone your wedding due to COVID-19 rules, but I am still legally able to work on the date booked, then another booking fee will be incurred to secure the new date

​

 In the unlikely event I cannot attend on the day of your wedding due to unforeseen or unfortunate events or circumstances I will make every effort to find a replacement within my Pro-Team, who will be given all notes and images taken at the trial. If I am unable to find a replacement then all monies including trial costs will be refunded. No further compensation will be offered.

 If I am or my Pro Team made to feel uncomfortable in anyway, or mistreated, or if anyone becomes abusive/violent or displays any offensive behaviour, I have the right to cancel the contract without refund.

POTENTIAL DELAYS ON THE DAY

If unforeseen delays are experienced which are out of my control refunds will not be given. Please give precise instructions for travel on the day. If roadworks, diversions, expected traffic are forecast or any other reason for delay please advise me as soon as possible so this can be factored into my scheduled timed route plan.

 

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS – WEDDING DAY

A suitable environment is required on the day. Please ensure every member of your party is aware of timings on the day and that they need to be punctual, and remain available for styling.

Hair should be washed and blow-dried the day/evening before. If any of the bridal party have wet hair, they will be expected to dry it thoroughly ready for styling.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY/SOCIAL MEDIA

Please let me know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or videoed for social media marketing or for my website. If sharing my images on social media I would ask you to please credit me by using my website, social media links found on my website.

 

Please read, and email confirmation you have read and are agreeing to these Terms and conditions. No wedding will be secure until this is done.

Once the booking fee is paid then all terms and conditions apply.
